Were leaving San Francisco, cause this city is hard on my clutch! Everywhere you turn there is a very steep hill to climb. But on the other hand this city is very unique and interesting. We went for a ride up to a lighthouse where the military use to have posts to watch the bay. The ruins are still there to see. Then in the afternoon we had to do the cable car ride to downtown. Rode the steepest road then the windiest roads. It was awesome. Rode over the Golden Gate bridge a couple of times. That could get costly at $6.00 a trip over and back. Had a fantastic crab supper at Joes Crab Shack with some unique margarita drinks. Off to ride the coastal highway again today with no rain or fog!

The sudden changes in temperature is hard to get used to. Mike looked at the map and realizes that we are a LONG way from home so we rode until 10:30 tonight. Long after dark down here. Good thing I was watching the signs or we would be in Reno by now. Lol. GPS led us astray for the first time. Tomorrow will be another long ride if we ever ...
