The day is here...

Well the time has come to pack up the motorcycle and head south to warmer climates! Yesterday I booked a camp ground just south of Sandpoint, Idaho for tonight, so were going to have a long first day of riding. Only about 7.5 hours! Which on a motorcycle is a little long. I hope that Joanne is up for it! I know that I sure am! Finally, there's only open road between us and Disneyland. Except for many, many stops along the way to enjoy the beauty of the USA! How sweet it is!!
Next post will be from the State of Idaho!

Check out the map to the left. We'll be putting drop pins along our journey!

The sudden changes in temperature is hard to get used to. Mike looked at the map and realizes that we are a LONG way from home so we rode until 10:30 tonight. Long after dark down here. Good thing I was watching the signs or we would be in Reno by now. Lol. GPS led us astray for the first time. Tomorrow will be another long ride if we ever ...
